摘 要:目的:探讨不同强度有氧运动对2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠肝脏组织形态的影响。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为空白对照(NC)组、实验对照(DM)组和小运动强度(LIE)组、中等运动强度(MIE)组、大运动强度(HIE)组。NC组给予普通膳食,其余4组给予高脂高糖膳食并用小剂量STZ腹腔注射建立T2DM大鼠模型。LIE组、MIE组和HIE组分别采用40%、70%和100%的力竭时间进行游泳训练,1次/d,6d/周,共运动干预6周。运动6周后检测大鼠体重、肝重、空腹血糖,HE染色方法观察肝脏组织形态。结果:与NC组相比,DM组、LIE组、MIE组和HIE组大鼠的体重和肝重出现明显降低(P<0.05),空腹血糖出现明显升高(P<0.05),肝脏组织中出现肝小叶结构紊乱,纤维细胞增生,肝细胞脂肪变性,炎性细胞浸润;与DM组相比,各运动组的血糖和肝脏组织形态出现不同程度的恢复(P<0.05);与HIE组和LIE组相比,MIE组的恢复最为明显(P<0.05)。结论:中等运动强度的有氧运动能够降低T2DM大鼠的空腹血糖,改善肝脏损害,恢复肝脏组织学形态。Objective:To investigate the changes of morphology of the liver tissue after different intensity exercise on type 2 diabetic rats.Methods:SD rats were divided into control group(NC),experimental con-trol(DM),low intensity exercise group(LIE),middle intensity exercise group (MIE)and high intensity ex-ercise group(HIE)randomly.The control group was given normal diet,the other four groups were given the diet of high fat and high sugar and inj ected low-dose streptozotocin intraperitoneally to establish the model of type 2 diabetes.The groups of LIE、MIE and HIE were trained by swimming in the exhaustion time of 40%、70% and 100% ,once a day,6 d/w,continuous training for 6 weeks.Then FBG,body weight and the liver weight were tested.HE staining method was used to observe the morphology changes of liver tissue.Results:Compared to group of NC,the body weight and the liver weight of groups of DM、LIE、MIE and HIE decreased markedly(P〈0.05),and the FBG increased obviously(P 〈0.05).The Lobule struc-tural is disordered,fibroblast proliferation,hepatic steatosis and inflammatory cell infiltration in the liver tissue.Compared to the group of DM,the FBG and the the morphology of the liver tissue varied degrees of recovery(P〈0.05).Compared to the group of HIE and LIE,the recovery in the group of MIE is obviously (P〈0.05).Conclusion:Moderate exercise intensity aerobic exercise can reduce T2DM rats fasting blood glucose,improve liver damage and restore liver histology.
