摘　　要：政府财政的大力支持是农村社会养老保险制度可持续发展的关键。2012年我国新农保实现了制度的全覆盖,但如何促使其健康持续的发展是目前亟待解决的问题。国外财政在支持农村社会养老保险制度可持续发展中积累了丰富的经验,值得我国借鉴。文章总结了国外财政支持农村社会养老保险制度可持续发展的经验,并以此为借鉴,对我国财政支持新农保可持续发展提出了一些建议。Strong government financial support is the key to the sustainable development of the rural social en- dowment insurance system. Though China＇s new rural social endowment insurance system had achieved full cov- erage over the country by 2012, promoting its healthy and sustainable development remains a problem to be solved, and thus it is worth learning the relevant experience of other countries. This article gives an overview on methods employed by foreign governments and provides suggestions to the financial support for the new rural so- cial endowment insurance system in China.
