摘 要:基于传统渐进结构优化算法思想,依据Mises应力准则,编制了适合桥梁截面的连续体结构的拓扑优化算法。首先,建立结构模型并进行有限元求解,获取每个单元的应力并进行降序排列;其次,按一定的删除率选取结构中单元应力较小的区域,并利用单元杀死技术进行剔除;然后循环迭代求解,直至结构优化指标出现极大值;最后,通过简支梁与悬臂梁两个算例对拓扑优化算法进行了验证。结果表明:算法获取的优化构形与前人的结果较吻合,说明该方法是有效可行的,具有实际工程意义。Based on the thought of traditional evolutionary structural optimization algorithm and the Mises stress criterion, this paper compiled the topology optimization algorithm, which was suitable for the bridge cross section continuum structure. Through two examples of simply supported beam and cantilever beam, it also verified the topological optimization algorithm. The result showed that the optimization configuration in this paper was in accordance with the previous results, which meant that the method was effective and feasible, and also had practical engineering significance.
