摘　　要：凉都体育中心市民健身中心施工工期紧、任务重,而地下车库又为大体积混凝土,设计后浇带施工所产生的通病为施工带来不便。通过应用分块跳仓法浇筑综合施工技术,缩短了建筑工期,达到了预期效果。Because of tight construction and heavy task of the cool city sports center＇ s public fitness center, as well as the pubhc fitness eenter＇s mass concrete, construction of post - cast strip＇ s illness brings inconvenience for the construction. In this paper, the construction period is successfully shortened and the expected effects are realized after adopting the general construction technique of alternate segment concrete pouring method.
