摘　　要：根据施工管理中积累的一些经验,针对施工过程中,如何合理节约钢材的问题,从钢筋原材料的保管、正确下料、合理代换、推广新技术等方面进行了阐述和探讨。以期施工企业强化管理、科学施工、合理节约钢材,为企业创造最佳的经济效益。According to the experience accumulated during the process of construction management, in view of how to reasonable save steel in construction process, this article discuss and elaborate on safekeeping of steel raw materials, correcting use of materials, reasonable replacement, the promotion of new technology, and so on, in order to achieve the purpose of construction enterprises to strengthen management, scientific construction, reasonable save steel, and create the best economic benefits for enterprises.
