摘　　要：通过对煤炭市场情况的分析,阐述了项目实施的必要性,详细分析估算了项目投资预算情况,结合实际情况指出了本项目的潜在风险及不确定性因素,最终综合分析揭示了具有良好的盈利能力、偿债能力和财务生存能力,但项目抗风险能力需要提高。Through analysis of the situation on the coal market, discusses the necessity of project implementation, a detailed analysis of the estimated project investment budget situation, combined with the actual situation points out the potential risks and uncertainties of the project, and ultimately a comprehensive analysis reveals good profitability, solvency and financial viability, but the project needs to improve the anti - risk ability.
