摘　　要：凯恩斯的就业理论立足于发挥政府在经济中的调节作用,通过各种经济刺激政策,使市场达到充分就业状态。当前大学毕业生由于经济结构调整、企业需求不足、供大于求等问题面临一个严峻的就业市场,通过借鉴凯恩斯就业理论分析大学生就业过程中存在的问题,通过出台小规模经济刺激扩大需求、制定保障政策、加快调整产业结构等措施解决大学生就业难问题。According to Keynes＇s employment theory, the government should play main role in achieving full employment through various economic stimulus policies. Due to some problems such as adjustment of economic structure, less demand of enterprises and graduates oversupply, the current university graduates faced with a tough job market. It is useful to analyze the existing problems in university graduates employment based on Keynes employment theory. Measures just like small scale economic boost, structure adjustment policy and improving society security policy could lead to solve the problem of graduates employment.
