摘　　要：通过对硕士生就业意向、就业意识、就业准备、就业需求等方面进行问卷调查,力图发现当前影响硕士生就业的问题,并尝试提出如下建议:调控硕士生招生与就业平衡,改革硕士生培养教育模式,加强硕士生就业意识教育,完善就业指导和服务工作,积极鼓励硕士生自主创业。Based on the investigation of postgraduate students, including their employment intention, employment consciousness, employment preparation and employment demand questionnaire, it tries to find the employment problems of postgraduate students and to put forward the following suggestions： regulating the balance of postgraduate students enrollment and employment, reform education mode of postgraduate students, strengthen the postgraduate students employment consciousness education, improve the employment guidance and service work, encourage postgraduate students to create their own businesses actively.
