摘 要:教练技术作为一种新的管理、咨询和领导力发展技术,以其独特的理念和方法,近年来在企业中得到广泛应用。教练技术的原则和方法可以有效激发个体潜力、进行深层自我发现、提升自我效能感,这是高校毕业生职业指导工作的重要目标。本文结合作者在企业和高校的教练实践,探讨如何把教练技术引入高校辅导员针对毕业生的咨询辅导工作中,培养"教练式辅导员",提升学生工作的专业水平,提高毕业生就业能力和效果。With a unique concept and as a new way of managing, consulting and leadership developing, coaching has been widely applied in enterprises in recent years. The principle and method of coaching can effectively inspire individual potential and achieve in-depth self-discovery and self-efficacy enhancement, which is an important objective of the graduates' career counselling of universities. Based on the authors' coaching practice in enterprises and universities, this article explores the way to train "coach-style tutors" by introducing coaching into the tutors' guidance and consultation offered to graduates, so as to raise the professionalism of student-affair management and graduates' employability, providing support for the training of talented people.
