二级院系职业生涯规划课程的建设——以华东师范大学为例

摘　　要：以二级院系为单位开设生涯规划课程,是新形势下建设职业生涯规划课程体系的有效途径,既具有重要的现实意义,同时也是十分必要和急需的。学校在建设生涯规划课程体系的过程中,应注重专业师资的培养、课时的保证和资金的保障;二级院系应积极结合各自的专业特色,开设贯穿大一至大四的职业生涯规划课程(活动),本着"分类型指导、分阶段指导、分层次指导"的原则,将生涯规划工作落实到每一位学生,使学生成为成功的求职者及成功的职场人。Not only is it of great practical significance that the substantive departments in universities set up courses in career planning, but also it is essential and an effective way in building up career-planning-system under the new situation. The following key factors should be taken into consideration during the process of the construction of the career-planning-system, including： the cultivation of the professional teaching staff, the assurance of classes and enough money. The substantive departments ought to combine their own professional features and design career planning courses for all students from freshman to senior. ＂Teaching for different types, teaching for different stages, and teaching for different levels＂ is supposed to be the principle of the career-planningsystem. This project will one day benefit all the students and enable them to be excellent job seekers as well as successful employees.
