摘　　要：研究医学院校大学生创业现状对于全面把握医学生对待创业的认识、有针对性地开展创业教育、培养创新型医学卫生人才等具有很强的政策参考价值。通过对涉及8个医学专业共325份有效问卷分析,发现当前医学院校大学生自主创业呈现以下特点:医学生对创业认同者多、行动者少,创业项目多偏离专业、创业地域择熟而立,创业动机多元化、创业准备多途径,创业障碍重重,资金是最大难题;创业前景不定、但创业决心坚定。根据调查结果,本文对医学院校大学生创业教育培养目标、医学生的创业方向以及医学生创业教育形式提出建设策略。It has a strong grasp of policy reference value for the full understanding of entrepreneurship treat medical students, to carry out targeted entrepreneurship education, training of health personnel and other innovative medical status quo entrepreneurship through undergraduate studies in medical colleges. By analyzing a total of 325 valid questionnaires from eight professional, we find that the current medical college students self-employment presents the following features： Medical students who agree to start a business but much less actors; the majority of medical students entrepreneurial projects deviate from the profession, the majority of medical students choose familiar geography; medical students entrepreneurial motivation diversified trend, they have multiple ways to prepare on entrepreneurship; Entrepreneurs face many barriers to medical students, start-up capital is the biggest problem; business prospects for medical students generally feel confused, but venture firm determination. According to the survey, these three aspects of this paper conducted in-depth, rational thinking, including entrepreneurship education training objectives ,entrepreneurial orientation and form of entrepreneurship education for medical students
