摘　　要：为缓解我国大学生就业难的问题,将研究视野转变到瑞典大学生就业上,运用马斯洛需求理论以及保留薪水理论,通过对瑞典2014届毕业生的就业观念进行调查分析,同时对比我国大学生就业观念,基于政府、企业、高校以及学生四个视角,对促进我国大学生就业提出一些重要启示。It is tough for Chinese college students to be employed, and in order to address this problem, the focus will be switched to employment of Swedish college students. Using the theory of Maslow＇s hierarchy of needs and the theory of minimum salary, the 2014 Swedish college student＇s employmentconcept will be investigated and analyzed. Compared with employment concept of Chinese college students, some crucial enlightenments to help the Chinese college students to be employed are presented in the view of government, companies, universities and students.
