摘　　要：面对就业市场的严峻形势,医学生在就业过程中表现的焦虑、自卑、从众、依赖等心理问题,会影响到最终的就业。这些问题的出现源于个体、家庭、学校、社会环境以及用人单位等因素,为了使医学生能够顺利的就业,必须培养其良好的就业心理素质,消除其就业过程中的心理障碍。本文从医学生自身角度出发,提出其相应的解决对策。In the face of the grim situation of employment, anxiety, inferiority, conformity, dependence, these psychological roblem of medical students＇ performance will influence the final employment. These problems come from individual, family, school and social environment, the employing units and so on, in order to make the medical students take up an occupation smoothly; we must foster the good employment psychological quality and eliminate the psychological barriers in employment. In this Thesis, from the view point of medical students, we put forward some corresponding countermeasures.
