摘 要:为比较鄂西南不同核用银杏品种叶片中3种主要黄酮苷元含量,笔者采用超高压液相色谱-紫外检测方法,在5 min内实现了银杏叶中3种主要黄酮苷元的快速分离,该方法线性范围为1-12μg/m L,相关系数为0.9999,相对标准偏差小于2.5%。对不同核用银杏品种叶片测定结果表明,在5个核用银杏品种中,不同品种间总黄酮苷元含量具有显著差异,其中以‘恩银2号’含量最高;各品种槲皮素含量均较低,而异鼠李素含量在总苷元中占较高比例。对银杏叶的采收时机,仅仅考察总黄酮苷元是不够的,利用笔者建立的方法可以实现对银杏叶中3种主要黄酮苷元比例的快速分析,从而为银杏叶最佳采收时机确定提供合理依据。In order to compare the contents of 3 main flavonol glycosides in the leaves of Ginkgo biloba L. ofdifferent species in the southwest of Hubei Province, the author carried out rapid determination of 3 mainflavonol glycosides in Folium Ginkgo in 5 min by UPLC-UV, and the calibration curve was linear in the rangeof 1-12 μg/m L, R2 was 0.9999 and RSD was less than 2.5%. This method is easy, rapid, accurate and suitablefor the quantitative analysis of flavonol glycosides. The results showed that among 5 species, flavonolglycosides content had obvious difference, the maximum content of flavonol glycosides was found in‘En G2'.Quercetin levels of all varieties were low while isorhamnetin had a higher proportion. It was inadequate todecide harvest time of ginkgo leaf only by total flavonoid aglycone content, rapid analysis of the proportion of 3main flavonoid aglycones in Ginkgo biloba L. could be achieved through the method in this paper, and it couldprovide reasonable basis for the determination of optimal harvest time of Ginkgo biloba.
