摘 要:将200羽1日龄Cobb商品代肉鸡随机分为4组,各组日粮中铜含量分别为:对照组(Ⅰ组)11mg/kg、试验Ⅱ组110mg/kg、试验Ⅲ组330mg/kg、试验Ⅳ组550mg/kg。饲养至10,30,50日龄时每组各取5只鸡用于采集肝脏样品,用蛋白质印迹法检测Bax、Bcl-2蛋白表达量。结果显示,随着铜浓度的增加及饲喂时间的延长,Bax蛋白表达量升高,而Bcl-2蛋白表达量下降,表明高铜可诱导肝细胞不同程度的凋亡。The experiment was conducted with two hundred healthy 1-day-old Cobb broilers which were randomly divided into four groups based on diets as follows=control group(Cu 11 mg/kg, I ) and high copper groups(Cu 110,330 and 550 mg/kg, Ⅱ , Ⅲ and Ⅳ respectively). The live: was taken from broiler of each group at the 10&th, 30&th and 50^th days, respectively, the expression of the liver Bax,Bcl-2 protein was determined by the method of Western blot. The results showed that Bax protein expression increased,Bcl-2 protein expression decreased with the increasing of copper concentration in diet and feeding time, which indicated that higher concentration of copper diet in- duced different degrees of hepatocellar apoptosis.
