摘 要:针对施工过程中监测关键参数的选择方法与测点布置原则进行研究。根据施工过程是否有动力效应,将监测类型分为静力监测和动力监测两种。基于静力平衡方程求解和结构施工系统稳定问题,提出静力监测关键参数应包括最大应力、最大变形、变化率最大的应力和变形、变化最大支座反力、失效模式特征参数、温度和风荷载;基于结构动力失稳和动力强度破坏模式,提出动力监测关键参数应包括最大振动加速度、振动频率、结构最大位移、构件最大应力、特征动力变形以及结构运动速度。根据施工过程结构和系统的数值分析以及施工过程结构的运动过程模拟结果,提出静力测点和动力测点应分布在失效模式最不利的位置,进而根据实际施工过程监测经验以及监测参数的性质,提出应将构件分为轴力构件和弯曲构件分别布置应变测点,变形测点应布置在节点处或构件中部。以"生命之环"钢结构工程施工过程监测为例进行对比分析,监测值与理论值吻合较好,验证了本文方法的有效性。This paper investigates selection of the key monitoring parameters and monitoring point arrangement principle.According to whether the dynamic effects exist in the construction process,the construction monitoring is classified into two kinds:static monitoring and dynamic monitoring.Then based on the solution of equilibrium equation and the stability problem of a construction structural system,it is proposed that the key static monitoring parameters should include the stress and deformation which are the maximum or with the maximum change rate,the support force with the maximum change rate,the characteristic parameters of failure modes,temperature and wind.Based on the dynamic stability problem and the dynamic strength failure problem,the key dynamic monitoring parameters are also put forward,which contain the maximum acceleration,frequency,the maximum deformation and stress,characteristic dynamic deformation and structure velocity.According to the analysis results of construction system and the simulation results of the structural motion process,the arrangement principles that the monitoring points should be placed at the most disadvantage members of different failure modes are proposed.Furthermore,according to the construction monitoring experience and the properties of monitoring parameters,it is suggested that the members installing strain sensors should be divided into axial member or bending member,and the deformation measuring point should be placed at the joints or the middle of members.Through the monitoring project of the Circle of Life,comparing the monitoring data with the theoretical values,it is verified that the methods of parameter selection and monitoring point arrangement are effective and reasonable.
