摘  要:为了研究Q235和Q460轴心受压焊接H形钢短柱高温下的局部稳定性能,采用恒温加载方式分别对6个Q235和6个(Q.460轴心受压焊接H形钢短柱试件进行常温和高温下的局部稳定性能试验,得到了常温和450、650℃下试件的翼缘和腹板局部稳定破坏形态,根据极限应变法和曲线拐点法确定试件在常温和高温下的临界荷载。采用我国现行《钢结构设计规范》和已有文献中关于局部稳定的计算方法计算试件的局部稳定临界应力,并和试验结果进行对比。研究表明:试件在高温下和常温下的破坏形态基本相同;与常温下局部屈曲承载力相比,高温下Q460高强钢试件的局部屈曲承载力较Q235普通钢试件下降幅度大;采用规范公式计算高温下焊接H形钢短柱翼缘和腹板的局部稳定临界应力与试验结果差别较大。In order to investigate the local stability of Q235 steel and Q460 steel axially compressed stub columns at elevated temperatures,local stability experiments were carried out on six Q235 and six Q460 steel stub columns at room and elevated temperatures.The local stability failure modes of flange and web were obtained at room temperature,450 ℃ and 650 ℃.Based on ultimate strain method and curve inflexion point method,the critical loads were defined at room and elevated temperatures.The local buckling stress was calculated by the methods proposed in current design code of steel structures and published paper and the results of them were compared with experimental results.The study shows that the failure modes of specimen at room and elevated temperatures are similar,and compared with load bearing capacity of local buckling at room temperature,load bearing capacity at elevated temperatures of Q460 steel specimens is reduced more than that of Q235.There is a big difference between the calculated results of critical stress for flange and web of welded H-shaped steel stub column by codes and experimental results.
