摘　　要：醇溶性无机富锌涂料是以ES-28水解液为基料,辅以辅助成膜剂,配以颜填料、溶剂、助剂等制成液体组分,锌粉为另一组分。主要通过涂料的贮存稳定性、干性、状态和施工性等,确定ES-28的水解度、辅助成膜剂的种类及用量、溶剂体系、氯化锌的用量、分散剂的用量、水解工艺等。Alcohol-soluble inorganic zinc-rich coating was prepared using ES-28 hydrolysis as the base material, supplementing auxiliary film-former, together with fillers, solvents, additives and zinc powder. Primarily through the coating storage stability, dry, status and construction, etc., to determine the degree of ES-28 hydrolysis, the auxiliary film-forming agent in the type and amount of the solvent system, the amount of zinc chloride, the amount of dispersant, the hydrolysis process wait, etc.
