摘 要:针对线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)树脂DFDA7042制备的薄膜雾度较大,且该树脂不能制备厚度8μm以下地膜的不足,开发了LLDPE树脂QLLF30,对其进行了加工应用研究,并与同类产品进行了对比。研究表明:用QLLF30制备的薄膜具有较好的光学性能,同时可制备厚度6μm左右的地膜,性能满足相关标准使用要求。与同类产品相比,QLLF30加工性能良好,具有较低的剪切黏度、螺杆扭矩、加工电流和较高的临界剪切速率,在加工过程中可以降低能耗。Linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE)resin QLLF30 was developed with the aim of solving the defect that the film made of LLDPE DFDA7042 had larger haze and the resin could not be used to produce mulching film with thickness less than 8 μm. Processing and application of QLLF30 were researched and compared with those of its counterparts. The results show that the film made of QLLF30 has better optical properties and the resin can be used to produce mulching film with thickness of about 6 μm. The properties of the film made of QLLF30 meet the requirements of related standards. Compared with similar products, QLLF30 has excellent processability such as lower shear viscosity, lower screw torque, lower working current and higher critical shear rate, and consequently the energy consumption can be decreased during processing of QLLF30.
