摘　　要：分析采用普通镗床加工某压力容器薄壁圆筒上焊接凸块的镗加工工艺,介绍保证工件加工质量和提高加工效率的途径,对工件装夹、找正、定位以及如何合理选用工装、刀具和确定切削用量等方面进行了详细介绍。Analyze the machining process of solder bumps using common boring machine of a pressure vessel cylinder,introduce the method to guarantee machining quality and improve the processing efficiency,ways for parts clamping,alignment,positioning and how to reasonablely select tool and how to determine the cutting parameters are also discussed in detail.
