摘 要:采用3因素3水平正交试验法,选取不同的切削速度、进给量及切削深度对Fe基热喷涂涂层进行车削加工,研究了切削参数对涂层加工后表面质量的影响。对表面粗糙度进行了测量分析,结果表明切削进给量是影响加工表面粗糙度的主要因素,针对表面粗糙度的最优加工方案为ap=0.2 mm,f=0.1 mm/r,v=140 m/min;对涂层结合强度进行了测量分析,采用回归分析法建立了涂层结合强度的预测模型,结果表明切削深度是影响涂层加工后结合强度的主要因素,针对结合强度的最优加工方案为ap=0.1 mm;f=0.1 mm/r;v=100 m/min,建立的预测模型可以较为准确的进行加工后涂层结合强度的预测;采用加权综合评分法对表面粗糙度及涂层结合强度进行综合考察,得到了影响涂层表面质量的最优的加工方案。Different cutting speeds,cutting feeds and cutting depths were selected to cut Fe-based coating by 3 factors and 3 levels orthogonal test.Effects of cutting parameters on machining surface roughness of Febased coating were studied.The measuring and analyzing results of roughness showed that cutting feed was the main influencing factor on the machining surface roughness and the best scheme is ap =0.2mm,f=0.1mm/r,v=140m/min.The measuring and analyzing results of bonding strength showed that cutting depth was the main influencing factor on the coating bonding strength and the best scheme is ap =0.1mm,f=0,1mm/r,v=100m/min.The prediction model between cutting parameters and bonding strength was built,and it showed that the model could predict the bonding strength of machined coating accurately.The combination of roughness and bonding strength were considered by synthetic weighted,and the best machining scheme for the coating surface quality was obtained.
