摘　　要：介绍了三菱数控系统主轴定位功能在卧式加工中心设备改造上应用的多种案例。介绍了"外置编码器"定位法和"接近开关"定位法关键技术及故障判断和排除方法。对大型卧式加工中心的设计和改造具有实际意义。Introduces a variety of cases of the modification based on the function of spindle positioning of mitsubishi CNC system on the horizontal machining center.Introduces applied key technology and fault diagnosis and elimination method of the ＂ outer coder＂ positioning method and the proximity switch positioning method.It has practical significance for design and transformation of large horizontal machining center.
