摘  要:大规模电网发生故障时,各类故障信息可及时传送至调度端,但运行人员单纯基于断路器变位、故障录波信息、保护装置动作事项等众多离散故障信息,无法快速、准确、直观判断故障性质,极大影响恢复供电速度和电网安全运行。文中采用站内设备统一建模映射、采样频率归一化、录波器采样同步等关键技术,有效整合故障录波信息,将差动原理应用于电网故障诊断,实现了仅利用故障录波数据进行差流计算准确定位故障区域,并在接线图上自动推送诊断结果,为事故处理提供决策支持。该系统在多起实际电网故障处理中发挥了重要作用。During fault occurrence at the large-scale power grid,all kinds of related fault wave recording data can be timely uploaded to the dispatching centre.However,operators are unable to determine the nature of the fault rapidly,accurately,and intuitively based on numerous discrete fault data such as circuit breaker,fault recorder analog and action events of protection devices alone,greatly influencing the speed of grid recovery and safe operation of large-scale power grids.By adopting advanced technology such as station equipment unified model mapping,sampling frequency normalization and sampling synchronization to effectively integrate fault recorded data and initiating fault intelligent diagnosis on differential principle,exact fault location just using fault recorded data to calculate the differential current is realized,the results of which can be automatically displayed on the screen.The proposed system played a significant role in handling several faults of a large-scale power grid.
