摘 要:为了研究原水水质对输水管道生物膜中异养菌(heterotrophic,HPC)生长情况的影响,采用配制水样来模拟Ⅱ、Ⅲ和劣Ⅴ类地表水,利用管道模拟反应器对其进行分析.结果表明:反应器运行45 d后,分别采用Ⅱ、Ⅲ和劣Ⅴ类地表水作为进水的各模拟反应器生物膜中HPC数量均高于出水HPC数量,且其生物膜中HPC数量分别稳定在1.1×105、2.8×105和5.9×105CFU/cm2;原水UV254、正磷酸盐(PO3-4)质量浓度和浊度均与生物膜中HPC数量呈正相关关系,其相关性系数r分别为0.506、0.552和0.272.The growth of heterotrophic (HPC) in water distribution pipes was studied, simulation pipeline reactors were used to simulate the water situation. Water samples were prepared in a laboratory to simulate Class Ⅱ , Ⅲ and Ⅴ or worse of the surface water standard. Results show that the quantities of HPC in the biofilm are significantly higher than those in the bulk water, and are stabled at 1.1 × 105 , 2.8 × 105 , and 5.9 ×10^5 CFU/cm2 , respectively, after 45 days. UV254 concentration and orthophosphate ( PO4 3- ) concentration and turbidity in raw water are all positively correlated with the quantity of HPC in the biofilm, and the correlated coefficient are r =0. 506,0. 552, and 0. 272, respectively.
