摘 要:从广西9个县市采集具有典型枯萎症状桑树样品和发病田块土壤样品,经分离纯化获得致病性菌株105株。依据在桑树品种桂桑优12的致病性强弱,将广西桑树细菌性枯萎病菌株分为强致病力(57株)、中等致病力(17株)和弱致病力(31株)三种致病型。对48个代表性致病菌株进行16S rDNA和rpoB基因序列测定,同源性分析和系统进化树分析结果显示,这48个菌株分别为阴沟肠杆菌(Enterobacter cloacae(16株)、阿氏肠杆菌(E.asburise)(13株)、桑肠杆菌(E.mori)(7株)、产酸克雷伯氏菌(Klebsiella oxytoca)(3株)以及未确定种的肠杆菌属(Enterobacter sp.)3株、克雷伯氏菌属(Klebsiella sp.)6株。阿氏肠杆菌和阴沟肠杆菌出现的频率最高,是广西的优势菌株。研究结果表明,广西桑树细菌性枯萎病菌具有丰富的遗传多样性。One hundred and five isolates of the pathogens isolated from mulberry samples with typical wilt symp- tom and the soil samples from mulberry fields where bacterial wilt disease was found, were collected from 9 mul- berry growing locations in Gunagxi province. Pathogenicity tests were performed on the susceptible mulberry lines Guisangyoul2 and the isolates were classified into three pathogenic groups, high virulence (57 isolates), moderate virulence (17 isolates), and weak virulence (31 isolates). Off 48 isolates identified based on 16S rDNA and rpoB sequence homology, 16 were identified as Enterobacter cloacae, 13 were E. asburise, 7 were E. mori, 3 were Kleb- siella oxytoca, 3 were Enterobacter sp., 6 were Klebsiella sp.. E. cloacae and E. asburise were the predominant species found in Guangxi. Results suggested that genetic diversity existed for the pathogens causing mulberry bac- terial wilt disease in Guangxi province.
