摘 要:依据GB/T17578《客车上部结构强度的规定》要求进行分析参数设定与生存空间定义,应用HyperWorks软件建立某校车动态侧翻碰撞仿真计算模型,并应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件进行求解计算。依据仿真结果,评价某校车上部结构的变形及其侵入乘员生存空间的状况是否符合标准规定。在此基础上,提出几种结构改进建议,同时考虑地面与车体之间摩擦系数的影响,对各种改进结构的效果进行比较分析,研究结果对客车结构侧翻安全性的优化设计具有重要指导意义。On the basis of GB/T17578 Provisions of strength for the superstructure of bus, setting analysis parameters and defining the passenger residual space, a dynamic rollover crash model of the school bus was built with HyperWorks, and the model was calculated with ANSYS/LS-DYNA. Based on the simulation result, the deformation of superstructure and intrusion of the passenger residual space were investigated. Several improvable structures were proposed. Based on the friction coefficient between the ground and the vehicle body, the improvement effect of the several improvable structures was analyzed. The results of the study are of guiding significance for coach structural optimization design of rollover safety.
