摘 要:考虑悬架系统刚度的非线性变化因素,建立了凹梁式半挂车车架的有限元模型,基于ABAQUS软件进行满载工况的静态分析,利用经典力学方法对纵梁进行应力分析和计算,最后采用Block-Lanczos法对车架进行自由模态分析。结果表明:车架强度和刚度均满足设计要求,同时扭转和局部刚度需要加强。Considering the factor of the nonlinear change of the suspension system's stiffness, the finite element model of the frame of the semi-trailer with concave-beam was established. The model with full loading was analyzed by ABAQUS software at a steady state, and stress analysis and calculation of the longitudinal beam were carried out by the method of classical mechanics. A free modal analysis of the frame was made by Bloek-lanezos method. The result shows that the frame strength and stiffness meet the design requirements. At the same time, torsion and local stiffness need to be strengthened.
