摘　　要：文章从反洗钱监管、美资银行业务重心收缩、地方中小银行国际业务量下降等方面分析了美资大行关闭地方中小银行美元账户的原因，并就账户变更和客户维护难、清算受阻导致企业资金周转压力、服务中小外贸企业的能力受限等方面分析其影响。The article analyzes the reasons for US-funded large banks to close their USD accounts in local small and midsized banks from the aspects of anti-money laundering regulation, US-funded banks＇ core business contraction and international business decline in local small and mid-sized banks. It then evaluates the impacts in terms of the difficulties of account change and customer retention, enterprises＇ cash flow pressure resulted from inefficient settlement and constrained ability of serving smal and mid-sized foreign trade enterprises
