摘　　要：随着公司信息化战略的稳步推进,信息系统集中部署将成为一种趋势。国网天津市电力公司作为首批ERP集中部署试点建设单位,在项目实施过程中,不断总结问题解决方法并形成先进经验。文章概述了ERP集中部署实施的项目背景和试点建设现状,详细分析了在项目建设、实施过程中关于海量客制化差异的处理、数据迁移、历史数据处理及运维模式调整等现实难题,给出了应对策略和建议,为后续ERP集中部署推广工作及各单位建设实施工作提供了有价值的参考。With the steady progress of information strategy in State Grid Tianjin Electric Power Company, information system centralized deployment will become a trend. State Grid Tianjin Electric Power Company as a member of first pilot construction units tbr ERP centralized deployment, has developed some measures to overcome difficulties and got a lot of advanced experiences in the project implementation process. Firstly, the background and status of ERP centralized deployment project are introduced. Secondly, the issues including mass customization difference processing, data migration, history data processing, operation and maintenance scheme adjustment and etc. in construction process are discussed in detail. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions are presented to provide a reference for subsequent ERP project.
