摘　　要：针对国网河南省电力公司传输网络出现的网络风暴,介绍了河南电力华为光传输网络现状、建设初期网元嵌入式控制通道(ECC)通信规划和ECC风暴出现的特征及其对网络产生的影响。详细分析了风暴的形成并给出子网分割法来解决网络ECC风暴。阐述了ECC巨网实际分割规划,并对ECC各子网失联保护等技术进行了研究和实现,保障了电力传输专网的安全稳定运行。For the network storm emerging in Henan power communication transmission network, the status of the network and the plan of ECC communication in initial constrtiction stage are presented, the features and influences of the storm are analyzed. The formation reasons for network storm are discussed, and a sub network division method is presented to avoid the ECC storm. Overall plan for ECC sub network division is illustrated and the protection technologies of each sub network are studied and implemented. Then the safety and reliability of power communication transmission network is assured.
