摘　　要：文件是高校计算机实验室各项管理和技术活动的依据,管好、用好电子文件,对于发挥计算机优势、开发信息资源、提高工作效率和质量、确保信息安全以及方便我们的日常工作和生活都有着重要的现实意义。该文章对高校计算机实验室的文件管理的现状进行了详细分析,对文件管理方案进行了探讨,能够极大的提高实验室工作人员的工作效率。Records are the basis of management and technical activities in college＇s computer labs, and good use of electronic records for giving full play to the sources, improve the work efficiency and quality, to ensure managed well, advantages of the computer, to develop information reinformation security and convenient for our daily work and records possess important practical significance. The article on the current situation of the records management of college computer labs are analyzed in detail, which are discussed in this paper, the records management scenario can greatly improve the working efficiency of the lab staffs.
