摘　　要：利用重庆市忠县316户农民问卷调查的基础数据,建立有序Probit模型分析农村土地资产管理改革的影响因素,研究发现:农民选择农村土地资产管理改革的意愿主要受农村土地资产收益占家庭收入份额、农户的生计类型、农民的土地权利权益意识、区域土地经济活动的频率等因素的影响.因此,在完善和创新农村土地资产管理制度时,应推动农村土地要素流动,解决农民土地资产收入不足与不均,完善农村土地市场体系,健全农村社会保障制度,建立统筹城乡的土地资产管理体制.Based on the data of a questionnaire survey made of 316farmer households in Zhongxian county of Chongqing,an ordered Probit model was established,with which the influencing factors of rural-land assets management reform was analyzed.The willingness of farmers to choose rural-land assets management reform is mainly affected by the proportion of the income from their rural-land assets in the gross income of the household,different types of their livelihood,farmers’consciousness of their rights and interests and the frequency of regional rural-land economic activities.It follows,therefore,that in the efforts to improve the rural-land management system,we should promote the flow of the rural-land elements, solve the problems of deficiency and inequality in distribution of rural-land assets income,cultivate a ruralland market system,improve the rural social security system and build a coordinated urban-rural-land assets management system.
