重庆解放碑商圈停车位配置问题分析

摘　　要：随着经济社会发展和城镇化进程加速,重庆都市区商圈道路交通量日益剧增,停车供需失衡日益严重.解放碑作为重庆商业的地标和引领重庆时尚界的标杆,其商圈范围内的车流、人流快速增大,现有停车场已不能满足需求.通过对影响停车泊位数的主要因素分析,应用多元线性回归分析方法从土地使用和社会经济发展需求角度预测了解放碑商圈的停车需求,研究表明:解放碑商圈存在着停车配置较差及车库供需矛盾较大、停车设施使用不平衡和停车场用地拓展困难等问题.针对以上问题,提出了改善解放碑商圈停车泊位供求关系的建议.With the development of social economy and the acceleration of the urbanization process,road traffic volume is sharply growing and the imbalance of parking supply and demand is getting worse in the central business districts（CBD）of Chongqing.Jiefangbei is the landmark of business and the sign of fashion in Chongqing,the flow of people and traffic increases rapidly in the CBD.The existing parking facilities cannot provide enough parking places.Roadside parking and illegal parking are becoming more and more serious.Based on a multiple linear regression model,we analyze the predominant factors influencing the parking lot and,from the perspective of land use and social and economic development,predict the parking demands in the CBD of Jiefangbei.The results show that a serious shortage of parking supply exists in the CBD of Jiefangbei：firstly,the parking configuration is poor;secondly,the contradiction between parking supply and demand is very obvious;finally,the development of land use is very difficult. According to the above-mentioned problems,we put forward some suggestions to achieve the balance of parking supply and demand in the CBD of Jiefangbei.
