摘  要:以20CrMo钢材料本构方程为基础,采用三维仿真软件Deform-3D建立了20CrMo钢及其切削刀具的有限元模型,对20CrMo钢的干切削过程进行了有限元仿真,得出了在不同切削用量下主切削力和切削温度的变化规律,切削过程中刀具和工件的应力及切削热分布情况,对主切削力进行了实验对比分析,验证了仿真的可行性.研究结果表明:背吃刀量和进给量分别增大1倍时,主切削力分别增加约100%和74%,当切削速度大于60m/min时,主切削力逐渐减小,并趋向稳定于150N;背吃刀量、进给量和切削速度分别增大1倍时,切削温度分别增加约7%,9%和22%;刀具的最大等效应力出现在前刀面主切削刃附近,最高切削温度出现在工件切削层第二变形区的主切削刃附近;模拟得到的主切削力与实验结果之间最大误差为12.2%,最小误差为3.2%.为进一步优化20CrMo钢的切削工艺提供了重要依据.Based on the constitutive equation of 20CrMo steel,the finite element models of 20CrMo steel and its cutting tool were established using the three-dimensional simulation software Deform-3D.The dry turning process of 20CrMo steel was simulated by the software.The variations of the main cutting forces and the cutting temperature were obtained with different cutting parameters,and the distributions of tool stress and workpiece heat generation during the process of dry turning were analyzed.The feasibility of the simulation was verified through an experiment.The results showed that when feed rate and back cutting depth were doubled,the main cutting forces increased by about 74%and 100%,respectively.With a cutting speed of 60m/min or more,the values of the main cutting forces were steadily reduced and finally stabilized at 150N.When cutting speed,feed rate and depth of cut were doubled,the cutting temperature increased by 22%,9% and 7%,respectively.The maximum equivalent stress of the tool occurred around the main cutting edge of the rake face,and the highest temperature was observed in the secondary deformation zone of the chip around the main cutting edge.Predictions of the main cutting forces showed a maximum error of 12.2%and a minimum error of 3.2%.
