摘 要:重庆丘陵山区烟叶生产已大量推广应用微耕机,而现有微耕机受到耕深的限制,长期使用会在耕作层下形成硬底层,对烟叶生产造成严重影响.同时现有微耕机振动大,操作困难.但是,已有的深耕机械由于体积和重量等因素不能适应丘陵山区使用.基于TRIZ创新理论,运用"物质-场模型"与"虚实并存耕作法"确定了小型深耕机的耕作模式,结合"矛盾矩阵",采用创新原理解决了相应的技术矛盾,优化了关键部件的结构,大大减小了深耕机的振动.最终研制出了一种适用于丘陵烟田的小型深耕机.经田间试验表明:该机能够满足耕深在30cm及以上的设计要求,且耕深稳定,操作容易.Micro tillers are now widely used in the hilly and mountainous tobacco growing areas of Chongqing.But they are disadvantaged by limited tillage depth.As a result,a hard pan may form under the topsoil layer after a long term of micro tiller use,which will impede the growth of the tobacco plants. Moreover,the micro tillers suffer from the problem of vibration and the difficulty of control.On the other hand,the existing deep plowing machines are hardly applicable in hilly and mountainous regions owing to their great size and weight.In the present study,based on TRIZ theory,we used"substance-field model" and"zone tillage method"to determine the tillage mode of small deep plowing machines and,applying "contradiction matrix"in combination with innovative principles,we solved the corresponding technical contradiction,optimized the structure of the key components and greatly reduced their vibration.Thus in the end,a deep plowing machine suitable for the hilly and mountainous regions was developed.Field trials demonstrated that this machine can meet the requirement of tillage depth of 30cm or more,with stable tillage depth and easy operation.
