摘  要:研究目的是针对现有方法对区域差异考虑上的不足,合理确定丘陵山地地区永久性基本农田划定中的基本农田保护图斑.以重庆市南川区为例,结合GIS空间分析技术,对传统TOPSIS法进行改进基于联系度的改进,研究丘陵山地地区基本农田图斑的划定.研究结果表明:该方法分析所得基本农田图斑土壤质量高,坡度小,靠近交通线和居民点,空间布局上集中,符合永久性基本农田划定的要求和指导思想.说明该方法能够有效解决丘陵山地地区的永久性基本农田中图斑划定问题.The methods currently used in delimitation of permanent prime cultivated land in mountainous regions suffer from the shortcoming of insufficient consideration of regional difference.A study was made with Nanchuan District,Chongqing City as an example,in which a connection degree-based improved TOPSIS method was adopted in combination with GIS spatial analysis so as to rationally determine the prime cultivated land protection polygons in delimitation of permanent prime cultivated land in mountainous regions.The results showed that the quality of prime cultivated land polygon obtained with this method was high,the slope was small,it was near the traffic line and settlements,the spatial distribution was concentrated,and it was in accordance with the requests and guiding ideology of the delimitation of permanent prime cultivated land,thus indicating that this method can effectively solve the problem of delimitation of permanent prime cultivated land polygons in mountainous regions.
