摘 要:城镇建设用地生态适宜性评价的目的在于协调城镇发展与环境保护之间的矛盾.三峡库区是典型的生态敏感区域,涪陵区地处三峡库区腹心地带,生态环境脆弱.以涪陵新区为例,在GIS栅格技术支持下,采用最小累积阻力模型(MCR)和多因素加权叠加法分别从水平和垂直生态过程的角度对山地城镇建设用地的生态适宜性进行评价,综合评价结果将涪陵新区划分为优先建设区、适度建设区、控制建设区、重点保护区、禁止建设区五个等级,分别占全区总面积的24.81%,42.70%,26.06%,4.23%和2.20%.从生态保护和经济发展的角度,为城镇发展用地的合理布局和科学评价提供有益尝试和补充.The purpose of urban construction land ecological suitability assessment is to resolve the conflicts between urban construction and environmental protection.The Three Gorges Reservoir region is ecologically sensitive and Fuling District is situated in its hinterland,with fragile ecosystems.In order to coordinate economic development and ecological protection and improve the planning and layout arrangement of urban construction land,a study was made with Fuling New Area as an example,in which,based on the GIS grid technology,the minimum cumulative resistance(MCR)model and the multi-factor weightedoverlay approach were adopted respectively to assess the ecological suitability of mountainous urban construction land from the perspective of horizontal and vertical ecological processes.Based on the results of the above comprehensive assessment,Fuling New Area was divided into five zones:including apriority construction zone,a moderate construction zone,a controlled construction zone,a key protected zone and a construction-prohibiting zone,accounting for 24.81%,42.70%,26.06%,4.23%and 2.20%of the total area,respectively.
