摘 要:目的采用因子分析方法描述机动车尾气损害儿童神经行为功能的效应特征。方法在泉州市某区选择机动车尾气污染程度不同的两所小学(A学校位于清洁区,B学校位于机动车尾气污染区),整群抽取282名三年级儿童进行手工化和计算机化神经行为功能测试并进行因子分析。结果因子分析提取出了3个公因子,分别为眼手协调运动能力因子、视反映速度因子、注意力因子。在控制了相关混杂因素后,多因素分析结果显示位于污染区学校B儿童的视反映速度因子、注意力因子得分均低于清洁区学校A的儿童(P<0.05)。结论机动车尾气暴露可能对儿童的视反映速度、注意力有不良影响。Objective To explore the specific factors in children's neurobehavioral functions affected by traffic exhaust.Methods The field study was conducted in Quanzhou, Fujian province,where two primary schools were chosen based on the counts of passed by automobile and the monitoring data of ambient air pollutants. School B and school A located at the high traffic exhausts pollution area and the clear area, respectively. Neurobehavioral functions of 282 pupils in the 3rd grade were scored by Neurobehavioral Evaluation System(NES-C3). Results Three main compositions were extracted, including sport harmony factor, visual memory factor and attention factor. Accordingly, the scores of visual memory factor and attention factor of the children from school A at the clean area were higher than those from school B at the heavy exhaust polluted area.Conclusion It is suggested that traffic exhaust may induce the damage of children's visual memory and attention.
