摘 要:目的评价普通人群经呼吸和饮用水甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)暴露的健康风险。方法于2013年夏冬两季检测南宁市环境大气及饮用水中甲基叔丁基醚的含量,运用美国环保署推荐的健康风险评估模型进行普通人群MTBE经呼吸途径及饮用水途径暴露的健康风险评价。结果大气MTBE浓度范围为〈0.1-69.90μg/m^3,冬季平均浓度高于夏季;饮用水MTBE浓度范围为〈0.07-0.33μg/L,夏冬季平均浓度分别为0.12和0.11μg/L,夏冬两季浓度相近;MTBE经呼吸和饮用水多途径暴露健康风险中,主要以大气暴露健康风险为主,平均致癌风险高于人群健康风险可接受水平,非致癌风险可以忽略。结论南宁市普通人群MTBE暴露致癌风险高于人群健康风险可接受水平,对普通人群存在一定的健康风险。Objective To assess the health risk of general people exposed to methyl tert-butyl ether by inhalation and drinking water in Nanning. Methods The MTBE concentration of environmental air and drinking water collected in Nanning in summer and winter in 2013 was determined, and a US.EPA recommended health risk assessment model was employed to make the health risk assessment. Results Atmospheric MTBE concentration was in the range of 〈0.1- 69. 90 μg / m^3, the average concentration of MTBE in winter was higher than that in summer; Drinking water MTBE concentration was in the range of〈0.07-0.33 μg/L, the average concentration of MTBE was 0.12 μg/L in summer and 0.11 μg/L in winter, the MTBE average concentrations in two seasons were similar, and the health risk due to MTBE exposure via inhalation was the main part. The carcinogenic risk in general people was higher than the acceptable level and non-carcinogenic risk could be ignored.Conclusion The present study demonstrates that the carcinogenic risk for general people exposed to MTBE in Nanning is higher than the acceptable level.
