摘  要:水环境中药品及个人护理品(pharmaceuticals and personal care products,PPCPs)的潜在生态风险已引起广泛关注。细胞色素P450在水生毒理学研究领域发挥着重要作用。本研究介绍了水生生物的P450酶系,综合分析了PPCPs对水生生物P450的影响,探讨了其中几类典型药物的作用机制,并对该领域今后的研究方向进行了展望。The potential ecological risk caused by pharmaceuticals and personal care products(PPCPs) in aquatic environment had aroused broad concern. Cytochrome P450 played a significant role in the study of aquatic toxicology. The P450 enzymatic system in aquatic organisms was introduced firstly, then,the effects of waterborne PPCPs on P450 of aquatic organisms were reviewed,and the mechanisms of action of several typical pharmaceuticals were discussed. In the end,the main directions for further study in this field were proposed.
