摘 要:基于MB接触分形理论及其修正模型,在弹性和塑性接触变形机制基础上,考虑弹塑性过渡变形机制,建立了临界接触参数连续条件下的计及微接触面积分布域扩展因子影响的粗糙表面法向接触刚度弹塑性分形模型;数值仿真结果表明:弹塑性过渡变形机制对法向接触刚度影响明显,且考虑弹塑性过渡变形机制下的法向接触刚度大于仅考虑弹性和塑性接触机制下的对应法向接触刚度;无量纲法向接触刚度随着无量纲法向接触载荷的增大而增大且因分形维数取值不同而呈凸弧性的非线性关系(分形维数D=1.1--1.4)或近似线性关系(分形维数D=1.4---1.9),随着分形维数的增大而增大(分形维数D=1.1--1.5)及分形维数的增大而减小(分形维数D=1.5--1.9),随着分形粗糙度的增大而减小,随着塑性指数的增大而增大。Based on MB contact fractal theory and its modified model,considering elastic and plastic contact deformation,and elastoplastic transit deformation,an elastoplastic fractal model for normal contact stiffness of rough surfaces with continuous critical contact parameters was established taking influence of domain extension factor into account.Numerical simulation results showed the elastoplastic transit deformation has an obvious effect on normal contact stiffness and the dimensionless normal contact stiffness of the elastoplastic fractal model is much larger than that only considering elastic and plastic contact deformation;the dimensionless normal contact stiffness increases with increase in dimensionless normal load but its varying tendency is convex nonlinear(when fractal dimension D is 1 .1 !1 .4)or nearly linear(when fractal dimension D is 1 .4 !1 .9 );it increases(when fractal dimension D is 1 .1 !1 .5 )or decreases(when fractal dimension D is 1 .5 !1 .9 )with increase in fractal dimension;it decreases with increase in fractal roughness,and increases with increase in plastic index.
