摘 要:将基于有限元的管线振动特性分析方法与基于灵敏度分析的动力修改技术结合,提出基于有限元模型的管线系统动力修改思路,通过引入相关系数概念进行基于概率设计的灵敏度数值计算,使复杂结构的动态特性灵敏度分析成为可能。通过用该方法对某石化企业一高压管段进行灵敏度分析计算结果说明,管线约束位置、约束形式对系统动力特性影响明显。A basic idea of pipeline system dynamic modification was proposed.With it,the pipeline vibration characteristic analysis method based on finite element was combined with the dynamic modification technology based on sensitivity analysis.Correlation coefficient was introduced to conduct sensitivity numerical calculations,so the complex structures' dynamic characteristics sensitivity analysis was made possible.An outlet pipeline system with ultra-high pressure was taken as an example for a sensitivity analysis,the results showed that the position and form of a pipeline support can obviously effect the system vibration characteristics.
