摘  要:采用先进技术回收利用炼厂干气中的高附加值碳二烃组分,对炼化企业降低运行成本,提高经济效益具有重要的意义。调查分析了中国石化下属各企业副产碳二烃的资源特点,国内外干气资源的综合利用与分离回收的技术进展,以及国内干气的利用现状和存在的问题,进一步提出了炼化企业副产干气的综合利用方案。研究发现炼化企业副产碳二资源丰富,不同装置干气组成差异较大,需根据来源特点分别考虑利用方案。目前国内干气的燃料应用占80.06%,化工利用严重不足。应建立以"炼厂干气-氢气-裂解料"为主导的高利用型内部产业链,增大干气的化工应用,提高企业的经济效益。Using advanced technologies to recycle high value-added C2 components in refinery dry gas is of great significance to reducing the operating cost and improving the economic benefit of refineries. This article investigates and analyzes the characteristics of byproduct C2 hydrocarbon resources in the refineries of SINOPEC,the progress of technologies at home and abroad for the comprehensive utilization and separation and recovery of dry gas resources,as well as the current situations and problems in dry gas utilization in China, and puts forward some schemes for the comprehensive utilization of byproduct dry gas in refineries. It is found that byproduct C2 hydrocarbon resources in refineries is abundant and the composition of dry gas varies from unit to unit,so different utilization schemes should be used according to the characteristics of dry gas sources. At present 80. 06% of the dry gas in China is used as fuel,while its chemical use is seriously insufficient. A ' refinery dry gas-hydrogen-cracker feed ' based high-utilization internal industrial chain should be established to increase the chemical use of dry gas and improve the economic benefit of refineries.
