摘  要:为解决现有碳五分离装置中溶剂再生釜传热效果差,频繁切换和清理,操作成本高和劳动强度大等问题,提供了一种新型循环溶剂再生系统。通过将加热器与再生釜剥离,增加溶剂循环泵强制循环,强化了传热效果。同时通过循环泵的间接搅拌作用加强了闪蒸罐内物料的流动,使溶剂与焦油更好的分离,也减少了焦油累积的可能,实现了提高装置经济效益,减少操作强度的目的。最后通过模拟优化,得出了溶剂精制塔的最佳操作参数。A novel recycle solvent regeneration system is proposed in this paper to solve the existing problems in C5 fraction separation unit including bad heat transfer effect of solvent regeneration vessel,frequent switching and cleaning,high operational cost and heavy work load. Heat transfer effect is enhanced by separating the heater from the regeneration vessel and adding a solvent recycle pump to the system. Meanwhile, the flow in flash vessel is enhanced due to the indirect agitation of the solvent recycle pump,better separation of solvent from coke tar is achieved and the accumulation of coke tar is reduced. As a result,the economic benefit of the unit is increased and the work load is reduced.Finally,optimal operation parameters for solvent purification tower are obtained by simulation.
