摘  要:分析了丙烯制冷压缩机透平存在的抽汽温度偏高、凝液量大、真空度偏低的问题,得出蒸汽设计参数与实际参数偏差大、设计效率低是造成高压缸抽汽温度高的主要原因。透平表面冷凝器换热效率低导致真空度偏低,提出了改造高压缸提高效率、表面冷凝器结垢清理、工艺操作优化、提高真空系统严密性等优化节能途径,能够有效降低装置的能耗。This article analyzes the problems in propylene compressor turbine including high extraction temperature,increased condensate and low vacuum,and finds out that the big deviation between design steam parameters and actual parameters as well as the inefficient design are the main reasons for the high extraction temperature in high pressure cylinder and that the low heat transfer efficiency of turbine surface condenser leads to the low vacuum. Some energy saving optimization measures such as modifying high pressure cylinder for higher efficiency, cleaning the fouling in surface condenser,optimizing the process operation and improving the tightness of vacuum system are proposed to effectively reduce the energy consumption of the unit.
