摘　　要：如何认识苏东剧变,这既是重大理论问题,又是重大政治问题。以江泽民关于苏东剧变的重要论述为指导总结苏东剧变具有重大意义;共产党内部出问题是苏东剧变的根本原因;走有中国特色社会主义道路是实现中华民族伟大复兴的惟一选择,但关键是把党自身建设好。It is not only a major matter of theory but a majar matter of politics how to understand the Drastic Change of the Soviet Union an d Eastern Europe.It is of great signi ficance for us to summarize the Drastic Change of Soviet Union an d Eastern Europe under the guidance o f Jiang Zemin's precise exposition.The fundamental cause o f the Drastic Change of the Soviet Uni on and Eastern Europe lies in something having gone wrong with t heir Communist Party.It is the only way out in bringing about the great rejuenation of the Chinese nation to adhere to the socialism wit h Chinese characteristics,but it is crucial to build the Party well.
