摘　　要：肺癌是目前我国发病率和死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤。肺癌常用的治疗方法包括手术、放疗、化疗等。射波刀是近年来发展起来的一种无框架立体定向放射治疗技术,通过同步呼吸追踪系统和实时影像追踪定位系统,高剂量、高精度、低分割治疗非小细胞肺癌,取得了较好的疗效。Lung cancer is currently highest morbidity and mortality of malignant tumor in China. Some methods which are commonly applied in the treatment of lung cancer include operation,radiotherapy, chemotherapy,etc. Cyberkinfe is a new frameless stereotactic radiation technology in recent years,which has the advantages such as high dose,high precision and low segmentation,so it has good treatment effect with non-small lung cancer by respiratory movement through synchronous respiratory tracking technology and real-time image guidance positioning system.
