四肢动脉损伤病因分类及其急诊治疗

摘　　要：肢体动脉损伤是外科急救过程中最常见创伤。因临床上往往被其他创伤所掩盖,早期诊、治有一定困难,故致残率及致死率较高;所以尽早明确受伤肢体或创伤部位动脉受损情况,并依此制定科学合理诊治方案,不但显著提高临床救肢成功率和治疗效果,并且大大降低截肢和死亡率,对预后具有非常重要意义。笔者就四肢动脉损伤的早期临床、影像学诊断及其治疗进展综述如下。Arterial injuries of the extremities are the most common trauma of the urgent surgical treatment. As it is often concealed by other types of trauma, early diagnosis and treatment have certain difficulty. The rate of disability and mortality are higher. Arterial injuries of the extremities are diagnosed as soon as possible and made feasible treatment protocols. Early diagnosis can improve success rates of the clinical treatment ,and is benefit to reduce amputation rates and mortality. Early diagnosis is of great significance in prognosis of arterial injuries of the extremities. This paper aims to review early clinical , imaging diagnosis and treatment progress of arterial injuries of the extremities.
