摘　　要：随着研究生招生规模的持续扩大,研究生面临着择业过程中的种种问题,由此出现了一些不良心态和心理误区。研究生的择业观生动地反映了我国社会转型期人们急剧变化的思想观念和趋于实用的价值追求。文章围绕研究生择业过程中的不良心态与心理误区展开了深度探讨与理性分析。With the continuous expansion of enrollment scale of graduate students, graduate students are facing various problems in the process of employment, thus there are some unhealthy mentalities and psychological misunderstandings. The employment view of Graduate vividly reflects people＇s rapidly changing ideas and more practical value pursuit in social transition period. The article focuses on the unhealthy mentalities and psychological misunderstandings in the process of employment and carries out the deep discussion and rational analysis.
