摘 要:世界各国针对汽车产品贸易陆续出台了许多新的技术贸易措施,这给我国汽车企业开展跨国经营产生了重要影响。美欧日和金砖国家的汽车认证制度对我们的启示主要有:汽车认证制度已成为最主要的国际贸易壁垒之一;我国汽车产品进入发达国家市场面临不小的挑战;新兴市场国家对汽车产品存在特殊性要求;我国汽车企业应树立研发—标准—产业相互同步的理念,促进成果标准化、标准国际化,同时实施差异化的海外目标市场选择战略。Many foreign countries have launched one after another many new proposals for technology trade on the automobile product trade,which makes important influence on the transnational business for automobile enterprises in China.The enlightenment to China from automobile certification systems in the United States,Japan and European countries as well as in BRICs is mainly about:that system becomes one of the principal barriers in international trade;China will be faced with more challenges on automobile products entering markets of developing countries;the emerging market countries makes special request on automobile products;automobile enterprises in China must set up the concept mutually integrated with research and development,standard and industry for the promotion of achievement standardization and standard internationalization;and the strategy must be put into practice in the choice of diversified overseas target market.
